Grants FAQ:

1. Q – Who can get a grant?

A. Anyone! You don’t have to be anyone in particular, or fit into any category in particular in order to be able to get a grant. That’s the beauty of the entire grant system. They really are available to anyone – all you have to do is apply.

2. Q – Will my credit score affect me?

A. No. Credit scores have nothing to do with getting or succeeding with grant applications. In actual fact, sometimes people with worse credit statuses will be considered sooner than others – but this is certainly a generalization. Don’t sacrifice your credit score to attempt to stimulate a more successful grant application.

3. Q – Can I apply for more than 1 grant?

A. Of course! Usually, you are able to apply for one single grant per granting institution. With thousands of these institutions around the place, you are bound to find a large number that you want to apply to. This is absolutely fine, and in fact multiple grant applications are something which I encourage.

4. Q – How much money will I get from a grant?

A. Generally, you can ask for as much as you see necessary. Obviously, some companies have a maximum amount, and additionally, if you were to request $1,000,000 to cover the costs of college education, people would probably put a line through your application for being unrealistic.

5. Q: Who can apply Grants here?
A: Our recommended grants are for US citizens ONLY.
